How do I get an account?

Pulse accounts are created by your Organization's administrator — there's no public sign-up. If you're crew (driver/paramedic), ask your dispatcher or admin to create your account.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Ask your Organization's administrator to reset it from the Pulse web dashboard.

I'm not receiving dispatch notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Pulse in your phone's Settings app, and that you have an active shift checked in on an ambulance.
